Sometimes, Real Housewives do back-to-back parties or brunches or hissy fits. But lately, Bethenny Frankel is into back-to-back listings.
Just three months after selling her chic Tribeca loft for $6.95 million, the Real Housewife of NYC has listed another Manhattan apartment: This time it’s a luxury loft in Soho, listed at $5.25 million.
"I have been doing really well in real estate, and I've got the bug," Frankel told People.
The socialite/reality TV star/author renovated the nearly 2,400-square-foot apartment, which features a sunken living room with a fireplace and a set of three tall, arched windows that light up the room.
The open kitchen includes high-end appliances from Subzero, Miele and Wolf, plus imported marble countertops and a large pantry for wine.

"Our Soho apartment is an amazing place, but I'd like a bigger place now for both of us,” Frankel said of the 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath space, where she’s lived with her daughter, Bryn.
The oversized master suite boasts a bathroom with a soaking tub and steam shower, plus a walk-in closet with chandelier that would be the envy of any sartorially savvy New Yorker.

“It's a really unique place — not a cookie cutter place — and I did a great renovation to make it even nicer, and more valuable," Frankel said. "But now that I've renovated it, I want another great opportunity."
The listing agents are Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes of Douglas Elliman.
