Yolanda Foster has been a flashy addition to “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” The former model is strong and steady personality on the longstanding show that has featured revolving cast members, many of whom, over the years, have bought and sold some pretty fancy Los Angeles real estate.
Now the wife of music legend David Foster has told US Weekly that her battle with Lyme Disease has helped the couple make the decision to sell their stunning estate at 0 Carbon Canyon Rd., Malibu, CA 90265. The price is $27.5 million.

Yolanda and David Foster have had plenty of free publicity for the stunning ocean-view home. The 5-acre property sits one block away from the famed Pacific Coast Highway and sports stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from Santa Monica to Point Dume. The European home sprawls 11,622 square feet and contains 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. It has a few Zen-like amenities, including a meditation room and massage room.
But it’s the 5-acre lot that is both the home’s appeal and, for Foster, its downfall. Since she is trying to recover from Lyme Disease, she said the property is too large to manage. Besides, her two oldest children are headed to New York for what appears to be burgeoning modeling careers, leaving the family with just one teenage son left at home.
The home sports tremendous entertainment and living spaces, all of which have been featured on various episodes of “RHOBH,” where the multiple-Grammy-winning music producer has held court with many famous musical guests, all to the delight of the ‘Real Housewives’ cast.t
